1 General Terms & Acceptance

Foxy Taka (hereinafter referred to as "Foxy" or the "Platform") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform. By using this website or creating an account, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions.

After account creation, Foxy may request identity verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3 Age Verification & KYC Process

Foxy is a responsible gaming platform. Participation by minors (under 18) is strictly prohibited. To verify age, Foxy may request any one of the following documents at any time:

• Driving License
• Birth certificate (if no other document is available)

5 Bonus & Promotions Terms

Foxy regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are stated in the offer details. By claiming a bonus, you agree to abide by its specific terms.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000
• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn
• Bonuses expire if not used within 30 days of being credited
• Each user is eligible for the Welcome Bonus once only

General Bonus Policy:

• Not all games are eligible for bonus play — the list of qualifying games is specified in each offer
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
• If bonus abuse is detected, both the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided
• Foxy reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

6 Betting Rules

There are a few ground rules to follow when placing bets on Foxy. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — live betting may be an exception, where you may have the option to modify your bet within a specified window.

• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and market
• Maximum bet limits are set by Foxy and are subject to change
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded
• If an event is cancelled, stakes will be refunded
• The odds at the time a bet is placed will remain in effect, regardless of any subsequent changes

Sports Betting Special Conditions:

In Sports Betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed, stakes are generally refunded. However, if the match is suspended after a specified time or number of overs, the bet may be settled based on the result up to that point.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Foxy platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Opening or operating an account under someone else's identity
• Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus system
• Using hacking, scripting, or automation on the platform
• Attempting to defraud the system through collusive betting with other users
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Threatening or harassing other users
• Operating an account while underage or allowing an underage individual to do so

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Foxy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations.

Possible Reasons for Account Closure:

• Providing false information during registration
• Failure to verify KYC documents
• Bonus Abuse
• Suspicious Financial Transactions
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Violation of Other Terms

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) is generally refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited. You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting support.
